Exciting eGov event on 15 November at the Wankdorf Stadium in Bern

Together with our partner of REXULT AG we were able to welcome over 50 interested people.

The event provided a comprehensive insight into the joint eGov solutions of PrivaSphere and REXULT, which enable media-free, legally compliant and efficient communication between GEVER systems such as Acta Nova and external third parties.

Digitalisation of the notarial system – two at a time; sign and certify a document electronically in one step

On 15 August the Federal Office of Justice issued the "Permission for Third Party Access to the Swiss Register of Documentary Persons UPReg".

From now on, qualified electronic signatures and confirmation of approval can be done quickly and easily in one step. Notarial documents in electronic version are provided with the proof of function of the Swiss Register of Documentary Persons (UPReg) directly in the signature process. This means that you can attach the proof of function electronically to your documents with just a few clicks and therefore have to print less and thus save time and money.
