Keeping the drive and good spirits and efficiency/effectiveness

• Policy regarding multi-Language Support: Key functional parts of our service offering shall be provided in English, German, etc., while background information etc, will be English-Only for now!
• PrivaSphere Services and Products shall be self explanatory. No manual reading shall be required. Error messages will have a link for further information and ultimately a direct link into our quality assurance system, currently BugZilla!
• New languages will only be added if there also exists a win32 GNU Aspell dictionary for it.
• whatever you do - in the interest of spreading privacy - be ambitious but ALWAYS polite
  In doubt ASK instead of state.
• Public Scrutiny: Any issues with our service shall be reported and will receive due attention.
• in implementing our services, we have a bias for "available source" software, hopefully even free one complying with the open source definition.
